Speaking of dietary preferences, there are so many different eating styles out there – paleo, organic, plant-based, vegan, gluten-free, keto, low glycemic, and the list goes on. It can be overwhelming to navigate through all these options. But worry not, as our team of nutrition experts will guide you in finding the eating style that aligns with your values, health goals, and taste preferences.

What do you specialize in?

We specialize in weight loss, wellness, fitness, Diabetes (Prediabetes, type and type 2 Diabetes, Gestational Diabetes), vegetarian plant-based diets, chronic medical condition management (cholesterol, blood pressure, cardiovascular problems, auto immune conditions, kidney/renal diseases), and eating disorders.

Do you take insurance?

Yes, we are in network with most private insurance companies, as well as Medicare. If you would like to find out your exact coverage, please take a picture of the front and back of your insurance card, and front only of driving id and text it to 832-874-9744.

Do you offer discounts to people without insurance or what if my insurance does not cover nutrition services? 

Yes, we certainly offer great discounts to people when they take initiative to take care of themselves. We also have great teacher, military, senior, student, and low income bracket discounts available. If your insurance does not cover or if you have a high deductible plan, we can offer great self-pay discounts to you.

Do you have flexible meeting times and different location options?

Yes, we can see you in person, over the phone, or on the web face-to-face using our HIPPA compliant state of art technology. We are also open on Saturdays.

How long does it take to see results?

Typically results are seen within just a matter of a few weeks! To reach the final desired numbers, total time frame is a few months up to one year.

How often do I see a nutritionist?

We recommend visiting every 1 to 2 weeks in the first month, after that it will be 3 to 4 weeks until you reach your desired targeted goals.
